I walked in and stood around for 5 minutes while the watiesses ignored us. I ordered a "full ribrack" of ribs for only $15. I got 6 ribs! I asked the waitress is this a full ribrack? she went to the chef and she came back and said that's what they call a full ribrack! Checking on the web: 16 ribs to a full ribrack, 8 ribs to a half ribrack. So I didn't get a half ribrack!

Atmosphere rules at Watson's. Walk inside and you're stepping back in time when lunch counters and ice cream soda fountains were a staple at the local pharmacy. The food is comfort food and the quality is average. Breakfast tends to be better when they still serve old fashion waffles, which are great and I'm thankful they haven't swapped them for the pathetic Belgian variety. The burgers tend to be greasy, but expected. Some of the nightly dinner specials are pretty good and a few are all-you-can-eat. However, the real highlight of Watson's is the ice cream soda fountain. Exceptional shakes and malts are still generously served in a metal shaker can. Banana splits, sundaes and delicious pies with ice cream. Watson's is an absolute great place for desert or an afternoon treat.

The food is great, it's comfort food to the hilt. The milkshakes are to die for and best shared. It's like walking into the past where there's a casual vibe, great people who are serving up great eats.

If you want to fill a prescription, buy over-the-counter supplies or buy old fashioned candy, this is the store for you. Great service and homey feel...It isn't as competitively priced as a larger chain but it's nice to support the little guy. The store is well-kept and the employees are all very helpful. Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Orange.

I used to enjoy this restaurant a lot about 5 years ago. These days, the restaurant seems to have lost its magic. The food is okay. They make a great BLT and rootbear float. I wouldn't recommend their dinners so much. This restaurant is a good lunch place though. It's decorated in 60's style and has a really oldies type of feel.
